Your payment details are not stored by us, nor seen by us, as it is all conducted through PayPal's or Google Chekout's secure server. We will never ask for your payment details.

Shopping All of our books are available to purchase directly from online retailers, and can be ordered into physical shops via their ISBN numbers. You can pre-order / purchase books straight from us, that are yet to be released (see pre-orders section below).
Payment Any payment made to this site will go to Bitten Fruit Books (of whom we are an imprint). Payment is made online by credit/debit card using PayPal's secure server and checkout. All payment must be in British Pound Sterling. All major credit and debit cards accepted. Your payment will appear as 'PAYPAL*BFBOOKS' on your statement.
You can also pay using Google Checkout (or UK cheque), by sending your order via Bitten Fruit Books' Order Form. We will invoice you the final total with details on how to pay, once we receive your form. In this case, you payment will appear as 'Google*BFBooks' on your statement.
Postage FREE within the UK. There is a charge of £3.50 per order for deliveries outside the UK.
Delivery We will notify you by email of receipt of payment and ship out to you within 48 hours, by either second class royal mail (if in UK), or standard airmail (if international).
Returns Returns for print books are accepted within 14 days of receipt, but unfortunately, we cannot refund postage unless the item is proved to have been damaged in transit. Contact us straight away if your item arrives damaged.
Pre-orders We take pre-orders for all our upcoming paperbacks. If you pre-order straight from us, you will receive your paperback up to 6 weeks before the official publication date. Pre-orders are made via Bitten Fruit Book's Preorder Form. We will then contact you nearer the time of release for actual payment.
International Legisalations We will not be held responsible should you not receive our products due to your country's customs and legislations, nor for any customs or tax fees that you may have to pay to receive our products. You are solely responsible for knowing your own country's legislations.
Legal Our eBooks (available through various retailers) are DRM free - this does not mean that you can share them outside of a permitted lending programme. They are protected by copyright to the authors who have worked very hard to bring them to you, and sharing without the author's / publisher's permission is illegal. Please help to support them by purchasing your own download of any eBook that you like. Thank you :)
Agreement By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice. Any changes to these terms will be posted here. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
